9-year-old Ella is not only a Starlight child, she is a Starlight advocate and an inspiration to us all!

Living with a very rare and progressive neuromuscular disorder is absolutely heartbreaking for this family. Having being granted a Starlight Once In A Lifetime Wish of her own – a family trip to Disney World – Ella and her family know the power of Starlight magic.

The family is so grateful for their experiences with Starlight, that they are determined to give back!

A dog lover herself, Ella and her family thought of the idea to bake and sell homemade dog biscuits, with all proceeds going to Starlight. The result? Delicious dog treats, perfectly named Ella’s Wishbones for Wishes.

The Starlight family has been baking every day and promoting their treats on social media and by hanging up posters at their local gym. To date, they have raised over an amazing $3,000, and are on a mission to reach $7,000 to grant wishes for other sick kids in need, just like Ella.
