Today, we are honoured to introduce you to Cori.

Cori has a lesion in her brain which causes seizures and sudden paralysis. She has had surgery to remove them, but one remains on the area which controls motor skills, and is therefore inoperable. As a result, Cori has to take a lot of medication with horrible side effects, and never knows when a seizure will occur.

She lives in a constant state of fear that today could be the day she’s rushed back into hospital – and around the holidays, that’s a particularly hard thing to live with. That’s why she’s campaigning to raise $2,500 for Starlight, to give peace of mind to all seriously ill children across the country so no matter where they may be, they will be showered with love and gifts both during the holidays and year round.
