It’s almost time for Starlight Canada’s #1 event voted by Starlight kids and their families! Back for another thrilling weekend at Circuit-Mont Tremblant this June, Drive For Smiles Montreal (D4S) is once again connecting car enthusiasts with seriously ill children and their families for a day full of speed and smiles!
Presented by Groupe Gabriel, this unique automotive fundraiser provides sick children with the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of being co-pilots for a day, safely cruising around in exotic dream cars alongside experienced drivers. As one of Starlight Canada’s signature Great Escapes Wishes events, D4S brings hope and excitement back into the lives of Starlight families through action-packed moments, leaving them with newfound strength and memories to look back on together for years to come!
“This event put a huge smile on Aboudi’s face,” shared Zubaidah, mom of Starlight teen, Aboudi, who lives with scoliosis. “After so many battles and struggles, this was exactly what he needed.”
In 2022, 64 luxury cars drove Starlight families around the racetrack, where they momentarily let go of their fears and worries. Thanks to the amazing dedication of Montreal’s car community, D4S raised an astounding $511,111 for Starlight Canada last year to help thousands of families with sick kids share life-changing experiences – from hospital to home!
